Some University services and restaurants may be closed or operating with reduced hours during the summer. Here are all the details:

University restaurants

Belval Campus

  • Food House

    closed from 17 July until 1 September

  • Food Café

    closed from 17 July until 1 September

  • Food Zone

    closed from 17 July until 14 September

  • Food Lab

    closed from 10 July until 1 September

  • Food Hub

    (Terres Rouges building) closed from 10 July until 20 July

Kirchberg Campus

Limpertsberg Campus

Student Administration and Services

The student admissions and accommodation offices remain open throughout the summer, from Monday to Friday. Appointments can be booked as usual via . 

Office of Doctoral Studies

The Office of Doctoral Studies will be open on the usual opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00 – 12.00. Any exceptions or closures will be indicated on . 

Student lounges in Belval & Kirchberg

The student lounges will be closed from 1 June until the start of the new academic year.

Campus receptions in Belval & Kirchberg

    Closed from 13 July to 6 September.

  • Limpertsberg Campus

    Closed on Saturday from 18 July to 6 September.

Clinique du Droit

Closed from 1 July to 29 October.

LCEL Library

Opening hours: Monday – Friday: 9.00 – 18.00. Closed from 13 to 17 July.

Luxembourg Learning Centre (LLC)

  • 6 July – 2 August

    Monday to Friday: 8.00 – 20.00 (no service from 17.00 to 20.00)
