\nCommittee for Reasonable Adjustments<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Committee for Reasonable Adjustments (CAR) is a dedicated body that ensures students and staff with disabilities, long-term health conditions, specific learning disorders, and mental health conditions receive appropriate support to access and participate fully in university life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The committee is established by Art. 11 of the law (Loi du 27 juin 2018) and includes the creation and presidency of the committee for reasonable adjustments following Art. 38 and 39 of the same law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The committee reviews requests for adjustments, evaluates supporting documentation, and makes fair, consistent, and transparent decisions in line with legal obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
