Les programmes d’études en droit du département droit comprennent un bachelor en droit et sept masters en droit avec une première année commune et une deuxième année de spécialisation.

Tous nos programmes sont conçus pour ouvrir les esprits, développer des compétences juridiques exceptionnelles, la mobilité dans la pensée et s’assurer que les étudiants seront en mesure de mettre ces compétences en pratique pour résoudre les principaux défis de notre temps. Depuis 2019, tous les masters en droit ont été accrédités pour une période de 5 ans par FIBAA – une agence internationalement reconnue pour le développement de l’assurance qualité dans l’enseignement supérieur.

Une communauté académique dynamique

Tous les membres de la faculté sont des experts multilingues dans leur domaine et ont une expérience dans différents systèmes juridiques. Notre production de recherche est considérable et les idées discutées trouvent un écho dans divers groupes linguistiques et publications.

Partager notre experience en droit

Recherche fondamentale et théorique avec applications dans la vie réelle

Les membres juniors et seniors de notre faculté publient au plus haut niveau, développent des voies de recherche innovantes et sont reconnus par des bourses, des prix et des citations. Ils agissent en tant que conseillers régulièrement consultés par les organismes gouvernementaux nationaux et les institutions européennes.

Le département droit est très actif dans l’organisation et l’accueil de conférences, d’ateliers et de séminaires. Les partenariats de recherche créent un réseau mondial.

La collaboration avec des collègues de diverses disciplines enrichit les résultats de la recherche, tandis que le département bénéficie d’un certain nombre de chaires financées par des institutions et des organismes privés.

Nos groupes de recherche

Séjours de recherche au département droit

Notre programme de visites de recherche accueille des candidatures pour des séjours de recherche au département de droit de l’Université du Luxembourg. Les chercheurs confirmés (ayant obtenu leur doctorat il y a au moins cinq ans) et les chercheurs (post-doctorants ayant obtenu leur doctorat il y a moins de cinq ans) peuvent mener leurs recherches ici pour une période de six mois, avec la possibilité de prolonger exceptionnellement cette période jusqu’à un an.

Nos programmes de droit figurent parmi les meilleures opportunités de formation juridique en Europe.

Tous nos programmes, y compris le Bachelor en Droit et les 7 programmes de Master LL.M., bénéficient des méthodes d’enseignement les plus avancées.

Tous nos programmes d’enseignement renommés sont fondés sur des liens personnels. Ils sont conçus pour ouvrir les esprits, développer des compétences juridiques exceptionnelles, la mobilité de la pensée et faire en sorte que les étudiants soient en mesure de mettre ces compétences en pratique pour résoudre les principaux défis de notre époque. Les groupes sont restreints. L’attention et le soutien personnels sont garantis.

Nos programmes d’études comprennent un apprentissage inter-systémique axé sur les problèmes, l’application des connaissances dans des contextes cliniques juridiques et la possibilité de mettre en pratique les compétences dans le cadre de divers concours de plaidoirie au sein d’équipes compétitives.

      ESM-Uni.lu seminars

      Le Mécanisme européen de stabilité (MES) et le départment de finance organisent une série de séminaires conjoints depuis 2019. Le MES est le mécanisme de stabilité permanent de la zone euro et fournit, en cas de besoin, une aide financière aux États membres de la zone euro. L’ESM et le département de finance ont développé de nombreux thèmes d’intérêt commun dans le domaine de la macrofinance et de l’économie financière. L’objectif de cette série de séminaires est d’inviter des chercheurs éminents dans ces domaines à présenter leurs travaux au Luxembourg et à rencontrer des chercheurs locaux. Les séminaires ont lieu pendant l’heure du déjeuner et sont ouverts au public. Ils se déroulent alternativement à l’ESM et au département de finance.
