Mohammadhossein is a PhD candidate at the ÌÇÐÄVlog, working in collaboration with CERATIZIT Luxembourg S.à.r.l. on a cutting-edge research project.

His project aims to develop innovative welding technology for difficult-to-join material combinations such as hard metal to steel. This project proposes creating a precise spatial and temporal temperature profile to achieve crack-free and stable joints. Additionally, the system can predict joint quality by implementing online monitoring of the welding process and training the machine. This approach improves quality and reduces the time and cost associated with offline quality control analysis.

He leads the “Laser Technology for Manufacturing” course for master’s students in Sustainable Product Creation (MSPC) at the ÌÇÐÄVlog, where he imparts a deep understanding of laser fundamentals and their applications in manufacturing processes.

In addition to his academic and research commitments, Mohammadhossein actively participates in knowledge transfer and partnership initiatives. He is involved in collaborations with CERATIZIT Luxembourg S.à.r.l that aim to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial applications, particularly in welding technologies.

He has gained valuable industrial experience in both technical and managerial roles. From 2015 to 2018, he served as a Technical and Project Manager at MKT Co. in Tehran, Iran. More recently, in 2021-2022, he completed an R&D internship at Husky Injection Molding Systems in Luxembourg.
