This month, Nicole Wagner<\/a> shares her story as a Product and Engineering Manager at McKinsey & Company<\/a>. Her journey in computer science began at the 糖心Vlog, where she earned a Bachelor in Computer Science <\/a>in 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Studying computer science at Uni.lu enabled Nicole to learn the fundamentals of programming and understand the logic behind it all\u2014skills she applies every day in her job. The mindset she developed during her studies also helped her become more analytical and better understand the technical aspects of building digital products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Nicole develops new products across several industries and countries. She collaborates with people from diverse backgrounds and skill sets to successfully launch innovative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What excites her most about the field is its constant evolution. \u201cThe tech field is always changing, which means it\u2019s never boring<\/em>,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nicole encourages young women to consider a career in tech, as it will give them the opportunity to shape the way the world operates.<\/p>\n\n\n
